David Book is a real estate agent with EXIT REALTY MOUNTAIN HOME. He and his wife Yuko Egami having dinner a friends house that were originally from Arkansas, I saw some of the houses that he had pulled up from the internet that caused me to take a trip to Arkansas and we fell in love with the area. We then began plans to relocate to the Twin lakes area. David grew up in Long Beach, California. He attended Calvary Chapel Bible College in the mountains of Twin Peaks, California just ten minutes from Lake Arrowhead, California. While attending Bible College he met a beautiful lady, Yuko Egami, from Japan who would become his future wife On graduation, Yuko went back to Japan and David went to the Mission Field in Baja, Hungary. While serving in Hungary, David and Yuko exchanged letters. When David returned from the mission field, Yuko joined him from Japan and they were married. They settled in Moreno Valley, California. David continued his ministry support work and joined the Arrowhead Springs Christian Conference Center operated by Campus Crusade for Christ. He took care of the grounds of the 30 acre campus of Woodcrest Christian High School and Middle School. They had a wonderful son named Jonathan (Hebrew for Given by God) and are busy supporting his participation in Little League and Basketball. Prior to moving to Mountain Home, David had never sold anything. However, in his prior work as a missionary, he worked and shared with people he did not know. David began his a new career by completed real estate school and passing the Arkansas realtor's license exam. He then joined Exit Realty Mountain Home as its newest sales agent. David is sold on the Twin Lakes area and sold on helping others find their dream home.
